Great Prize Money & Scholarships: $5000* in Prize Money Scholarships and other racer benefits. Scoring and Prize Money will be calculated as an Omnium based on cumulative points earned from each race. The Omnium will include **3 RACES**, which are the three races listed below. Prize money will also be awarded for individual race winners, and Hill Top Sprint. *Actual pay out will be based on # of racers entered.

Scholarships: WSI has a limited number of scholarships. This includes 2 night stay at one of our listed hotels, sharing a room with another racer, transport to and from hotel, airport, dinners and races (you can pick your room mate or we can match you up-if you just need your own room we will cover 1 night). We have 2 meals planned, one Saturday and one Sunday. Racer Transport: Airport/Hotel/Race/Race Dinners if flying in. We will need your itinerary by April 28 to arrange transport.
Race Social Dinner: Saturday May 3rd, 4pm (Free for racers, nominal fee for guests TBD).
Omnium Awards Dinner Sunday May 4th, 4pm (Free for racers, nominal fee for guests TBD).
Race Support: SAG on RR. Wheel off/wheel on @ RR & Crit (please bring your spare). Snacks, drinks and water to cool down if needed. "QUADS" (and others with heat issues) SAG will have water to pour or spray you with at each race. Volunteers will be strategicly placed with water on the courses. Roving SAG will have water/sprayer at RR.

Race categories: Men Knee Seat, Men Long Seat, Women open, Quad Mixed.
YES! You are correct, the old HCA/HCB/HCC, etc… system has gone away….except for purposes which may be used to select teams for UCI-sanctioned, international competition. Cash and or Prizes will be awarded for each category. WSI reserves the right to consolidate categories.

Atlanta Road Race: Saturday 9:00 AM, May 3,— The first event that kicks off two days of racing in the Greater Wichita Area. It is located 43 miles outside of Wichita and is a 24-mile loop through flat and rolling hill terrain at the base of the Flint Hills. Hill top sprint points. 36 mile race. (Map of route)

Racer Dinner: Saturday May 3, after RR. Time & Location Undetermined.

Kechi Time Trial: Sunday 8:45 AM, May 4, - The TT is located just north of Wichita on Oliver St. in Kechi. It is a very flat North/South course. It starts at the entrance to the Kechi City Park, North on Oliver to a turnaround and finishes near the start. You must sign in prior to Time Trial at the Criterium course. 15k Flat & Fast. Ventures Criterium: Sunday 11:10 AM May 4, - Located at Ventures Business Park south of Kechi on Oliver in Wichita Kansas. The crit is flat and fast with wide safe corners and is .8 mile a lap. 30 minutes + 3 laps Open, Flat & Fast. (Map of route)

WSI Handcycle Clinic: Sunday 12:30 PM, May 4, Located at Ventures Business Park south of Kechi on Oliver in Wichita Kansas.

Racer Omnium Awards Dinner: Sunday May 4, after RR. Time & Location Undetermined.

General information
• A standard athlete waiver must be signed for each day.
• Hill top sprint points available for road race, and crit prime points available during crit, bell will ring prior to prime lap.
• If there is a tie in points after all three events, the best placed in the road race will be the tie breaker!
• Numbers to be pinned on right side of jersey for all races, one number for all races. No sleeveless jerseys.
• Race will be held rain, shine or wind. Promoter reserves the right to alter race, race time, combine categories and awards.
• All USHF rules apply. Refer to www.ushf.org

Un-official results will be posted as soon as possible on www.wcsports.org and www.ushf.org with OFFICIAL RESULTS POSTED THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
Current USCF License is mandatory and must be presented at registration. One day
license are available for purchase ($10.00) at on site. All USHF Rules Apply! Approved ANSI/SNEL helmets are mandatory whenever a rider is on a moving bike. The race fee includes the insurance fee
($2.00) and KCA surcharge ($1.00).

Contact us if you will be needing transport from the airport on Friday afternoon/evening. We will be transporting from airport on Friday May 2nd, 3pm to 7pm and returning to the airport Sunday May 4th 6:30pm to 8:30pm. (Transport information is subject to change)
