The season opener of the 2008 U.S. Handcycling Series
U.S. Handcycling is pleased to partner with The Redlands Bicycle Classic, PossAbilities, and the Challenge Athletes Foundation for the kickoff event for the 2007 U.S. Handcycling Series. The Redlands Classic is one of the most prominent cycling races in the U.S. and 2008 will be the second year for handcycling at the event.
Race Dates:
- Thursday, April 3: Handcycle Hill Climb Time Trial
- Friday, April 4: Handcycle Circuit Race
- Sunday, April 6: Handcycle Criterium, downtown Redlands
Races will be scored with points as an Omnium, and prize money will be paid based on overall points for all three races in the following categories: Kneeseat Men, Longseat Men, Women, Quads. Points will be awarded for the U.S. Handcycling Series overall (including age groups) based on THE SERIES RULES.
