We are very sad to report that Warren passed away today, Friday, February 23, 2007. Warren’s Mother, Fater, and Sister were with him at a Louisiana hospital. We will post details about services and any additional information as it becomes available.

Recently, one of our own, Warren Strickland was seriously injured while training. Many of you know Warren or have seen his posts on this very website, and it is with difficulty that we report Warren’ s condition is very serious.
Warren was hit by pickup truck n a rural training route near his home in Louisiana. Details are still coming in to focus, but we do know that Warren is in critical condition at a nearby hospital. Please be patient as we try to find out more details on his condition.
The frequency of accidents involving athletes and vehicles is steadily increasing in the U.S. and it is very difficult when it hits so close to home. Our thoughts are with Warren and his family as they struggle through this difficult time.Warren is at the LSU Medical Center University Hospital in Shreveport, Louisiana in the ICU unit on the 3rd floor.
