Seth Arseneau of Albuqurque, NM was the double winner this past weekend at the First Annual Off-road Handcycling World Championships. Arseneau bested a field of 11 athletes in this, the first event of it’s kind. The race was a collaborative effort between the USHF, One Off Handcycles, the Adaptive Sports Center of Crested Butte, and Crested Butte Mountain Resort.
